Having studied Theology and Philosophy of Religion in Greece, England and the Netherlands, I am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of Exeter. My primary research focus lies on the dialogue between Eastern Orthodox theology and contemporary political pluralism. Furthermore, I am interested in John Chrysostom's understanding of human sin and Nikolai Berdyaev’s understanding of human freedom.

In my doctoral thesis, I mainly investigate whether the traditional Christian Orthodox therapeutic sin-talk can meaningfully dialogue with the pluralistic public square of present-day Western liberal democracies.
