Daniel Belkerdid
In the short term, my hope is to complete my doctoral study and continue working in the private sector, specifically in the training department of an industrial firm. There is more which I could achieve in large production-based companies as both training and research professionals are recognized for the value they add to primary industrial functions. In the long term, my goal is to work independently as a training consultant, as do several of my mentors and role models at my current place of work.
