Project Summary
My PhD research focuses on novice ESL academic writing teachers' personal practical knowledge (PPK). I am working from a narrative perspective on exploring how novice teachers construct, re-construct, and utilise their PPK in their teaching practices in order to solve problems they have been encountering in their classroom teaching and hence improve their teaching.
