After earning BA and MA degrees in English at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I went into journalism, living in Chicago, New York, London, Frankfurt and Zurich and working on assignment in many other locations, spending much of that time with Reuters. In business I did strategy consulting and investor relations work, before joining academia. My research to date has focused on corporate governance. |
