Eleanya is a current P.hD student in Economics, sponsored by the University of Exeter. His  research interest is in environment/energy and climate change issues. He is motivated by his quote: "fight against climate change is everyone's task. Let's embrace renewable energy to save our planet earth". His initial University education started in the University of Nigeria, where he obtained both B.Sc and M.Sc (Macroeconomics) certificates in Economics. He is an awardee of the Tony Elumelu and Awelle foundation prize for excellence in M.Sc economics and a recipient of the National Youth Service Corps/Central Bank of Nigeria venture prize respectively.
