Hayley Dornan is studying on the PhD programme at the University of Exeter under the supervision of Professor Liz Trinder.
Obtaining her LLB (Hons) in 1995, she was admitted as a Solicitor in 2001 and practised in commercial and employment law in a Dorset based firm until 2008 when she returned to university to study towards an MSc in Management with Human Resources. Hayley gained her MSc and CIPD professional membership in 2010 and went on to be awarded her PGCE and Fellowship of the HEA in 2012.
Hayley has lectured since 2010, teaching Employment law on LLB, LPC, MBA, and MSc HR programmes at HE level. She has also taught Business Law.
Hayley is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars and the Socio-Legal Studies Association. She is also an academic member of Industrial Law Society and Employment Lawyers Association.
