I am an AHRC SWW DTP (UK) and Kristjan Jaak Scholarship (Estonia) funded philosophy PhD student in the department of Sociology, Philosophy and Anthropology.

My research focuses on contemporary communication culture, the Internet and other communication technologies. In particular, I am interested in how Critical Theory and philosophical discussions of ‘alienation’ can help us understand the human condition in light of these aspects of contemporary culture.
