My dream is a role leading a school that develops innovative and exemplary ways of educating its young people; changing the nature of the scrutiny, monitoring and accountability culture through improved development, support and challenge of professional staff; creating meaningful and lasting relationships with the community in addition to taking a lead in education both locally and nationally. Ultimately, the school will be 'Ofsted outstanding', but will also expand beyond those criteria to become something better, something more.
