My doctoral research concerns Marx's critique of politics as a form of alienation and is co-supervised by Professor Iain Hampsher-Monk and Dr. Dario Castiglione.

I began my doctoral studies in 2012 after completing an MA in History of Political Thought with Distinction at Exeter.

My part-time research is complemented by my work as a postgraduate teaching assistant in the politics department and for the SSIS College's 'Widening Participation' Programme as a Academic Co-ordinator for the Politics Progression programme. I also work as a Team Leader for the University's Residence Life Team.
