I am a PhD researcher. I am interested in developing accurate and rapid immuno-diagnostic test for emerging human fungal pathogen, the Fusarium species, using monoclonal antibodies. Many techniques and skills have been used and developed including ELISA, Western blotting, DNA extraction, amplification ITS regions and TEF genes, a model for phagocytosis and track the pathogens in the water system of hospital and non-hospital environments.
