I returned to full-time education as a mature student in 2004, and read Psychology at the University of Exeter after graduating with a 2.1, I moved to the Busines School and undertook a MSc in Tourism, Development and Policy. I then worked for Somerset County Council in their Tourism department where I learned about the praciticalities of managing a tourism destination.
