Ufuk ANDICEmail: ua206@exeter.ac.uk School: College of Social Sciences and International Studies Having graduated from Kadir Has University, Istanbul/TURKEY, I obtained MA degree in International Relations. I have started doing my MPhil/PhD research at the Department of Politics. My main study area is International Relations theories and its philosophy. My MA thesis emphasized the postmodern approaches in IR theory and methodological paradoxes of postmodern theory. After this concept, I examine anarchist theory for IR discipline. Anarchism is a new challenge in IR theory; contains many keys and approaches for the theoretical debates. With the new challenge of anarchist theory, I analyse general debates in IR theory and ethnic conflicts as social movements. Middle East, specifically Kurdish issue, is my main research geography by means of the theoretical base. |
