My expertise combines both an academic and practitioner portfolio.

I have a successful track record and over 25 years experience as a board director and entrepreneur, working in strategic management including, marketing, sustainable development and CSR, and innovation. As an Honorary Research Fellow for CLES, I am advancing 'agenda setting' and 'cutting edge' research and practice to evolve a contemporary and more robust process of CSR; to go beyond the relative and voluntary ideals of responsibility.  I am particularly interested in communicating effective sustainability strategies and building resilient partnerships for the private, public and third sectors; achieved through adaptive co-management, including local communities.
