Organised the first Exclamat!on conference on the theme of 'Networks and Connections', with Andrea Macrae of Oxford Brookes as keynote speaker.

Co-founder and co-editor of Exclamat!on -an Interdisciplinary Journal. This is aimed at PGR and PGT students of English, film and creative writing. The first edition was published in June 2017. The second edition is due in June 2018. Funding was secured from the Doctoral College's Researcher Led Initiatives and from the College of Humanities Post-graduate activities award. A launch was held, with an English editor from Palgrave Macmillan joining us for the event.

Wide range of teaching experience, working in a variety of schools in the south-west of England and Wales. I have taught music, drama, English, food, textiles, general primary subjects. I was head of music and second in Expressive Arts, and, in my last position, I was second in English, whole school literary co-ordinator and co-ordinator for GCSE English language and literature.
