Bedfordshire Researching English Reading and Writing: Working for a secondary school to understand teaching and learning challenges of reading and writing. Over 30 students were involved, taking part in research interviews and electronic surveys. Also, this involved working with teachers, conducting observations and mentoring on good practice. Suggestions for improving outcomes in English were shared with parents, practitioners and school leadership team. |
