July 2009 - September 2009:

Summer Studentship for the Genetics Society (University of Exeter)

March 2009:

Gerber Foods Juice Company Ltd. Microbiology and Chemistry Laboratories

One week placement within the Microbiology and Chemistry Laboratories of  Gerber Juice Company Ltd, the largest fruit juice manufacturers and suppliers in Europe. Varying roles including plating juice samples, testing water samples and carrying out titrations to check pH, acidity and vitamin C of juices.
