I am a Postgraduate Researcher and my PhD project is researching the Early Politics of Air Power, exploring the political history of Whitehall as the Royal Air Force (RAF) established itself as a secure third military arm in the 1920s. The project is collaborative with the RAF Museum in London. I served in the RAF for 20 years and then started my own business. I also stood as a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2015 General Election for the Labour Party.  My MPhil thesis looked at Air Power in Peace Support Operations and I have more recently studied decision-making on Iraq 2003.
