Co-convenor on the Exeter Progression to Geography Programme 2015, as part of the university's Widening Participation programme. The EPG was designed to take a group of sixth-form students from under-privileged backgrounds from the local area and introduce them to the idea of studying Geography at the University of Exeter across a range of sessions. These spanned different terms, holiday times, and extra-curricular activities including fieldwork and an introduction to conceptual ideas prevalent at university level.

Introducing first year undergraduates to some of the key theoretical concepts in both physical and human geography, such as physical landscape features and notions of space and place. The students were broken into groups and taken around the case study site, Exeter.

Providing additional teaching support for the module and associated fieldwork in Seville, including giving advice of dissertation topics, research methods and other course-related queries, as well as supervising groups of students on the trip itself. Other duties included aiding the dissemination of knowledge of the area from the module supervisor, Stewart Barr, to the students, as well as giving feedback on the student presentations and posters completed as part of their fieldwork.
