My ESRC-funded doctoral research involved 17-months ethnographic fieldwork and examines the politics of transparency and the production of national identity in the killing of animals in Denmark.
I am now working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Aarhus University in Denmark where I am involved in ethnographic projects on antimicrobial resistance, animal welfare on pig farms, and rewilding.
