University of Exeter Along side my PhD I had the privilege to collaborate on a number of research projects as a research assistant with Dr Anna-Mountford Zimdars, the academic lead for the Centre for Social Mobility, Dr Zhimin Xiao, and Dr Kerry Chappell, the academic lead for the Centre for Creativity and Emergent Education Futures Network. I am also fortunate to have been offered the opportunity to audit Food Systems, Alternative Food Networks, and Ethical Consumption Module, and join the Food Studies Network at the University of Exeter. |
