Following completion of her MSc Management with HR, Hayley lectured as an Associate Lecturer in employment law across a number of programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.


October 2010 - December 2010:

University of Winchester

Hayley lectured as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Winchester to cover staff absence of the module leader on the Employment Law Module.


September 1999 - August 2008:

Humphries Kirk Solicitors Dorset

Hayley worked as a Trainee Solicitor, then a qualified Solicitor for a period of nine years for a leading Dorset based firm. Following seats in land law, private client, family law, general litigation and company commercial law, she was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2001. Upon qualification, Hayley remained in the commercial department, initially advising on company and commercial law, and eventually specialising in employment law.
