I'm from Hamburg, Germany, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Political Science. As part of my degree, I studied "Palestine and Arabic Studies" at Birzeit University in Palestine. It was my experiences there that inspired my interest in Palestine. For that reason, I came to Exeter to study MA Middle East Studies with Palestine Studies in the IAIS. After completing the MA degree in 2020, I continued studying in the IAIS by doing my PhD in Palestine Studies which I expect to finish in 2024.
