Professional/research experience

Assistant Researcher (full-time) for the FCT funded research project on Gender and Clubbing in Porto (co-ordination by Professor João Teixeira Lopes).



Roles & tasks:

Major collaboration in theoretical conceptualization and research design, field work and data collection, data treatment and analysis, writing-up, financial management of the project.

July 1999 - August 1999:

Professional Guides Project (Ministry of Work and Solidarity)



Collaborated in a project for the publication of guides describing different professions. The aim of these books was helping secondary school students to choose their future job.


Tasks: interviewing and co-authoring texts (for vol. 4 of 'Profissões. Guia de Caracterizacão Profissional').

This project was developed by DGEFP- Portuguese Ministry of Work and Solidarity.

1998 - 1999:
