Professional/research experience

October 2018 - December 2018:

Acted as UK devolution consultant to an international development project funded by FCO and delivered by DAI Europe. This was on behalf ot the recently established Tangier/Tetuan/Al-Hoceima Regional Council in Northern Morocco. My tasks were: 1) prepare a 10k-word background report on devolution in the UK; 2) devise a suitable programme of UK visits for a 13-strong delegation consisting of councillors and managers from the region; accompany the delegates on their week-long visit in Dec 2018; prepare a final report on the visit
