I work as an ELT consultant and trainer and have extensive experience of learning programme development and capacity building projects in transitional and challenging contexts. I did my MA in Education at the Institute of Education, University of London, and gained a Distinction. My MA dissertation was on training western teachers to teach Japanese learners.

You can see my consultancy group website at www.sueleather associates.com.   I also have a Linked In profile at  http://www.linkedin.com/in/sueleather

My research interests lie in large-scale international ELT projects, as I'm often involved in consulting to them. I'm particularly interested in the impacts of these projects on teachers and trainers once the funders are no longer involved.  I intend to do qualitative research into this area.
