Project Summary
Before starting my doctorate, I led a 3-year Tracer Study on a large-scale ELT project in Central and South Asia. This study aimed to look at the lasting impacts of a British Council-funded project on teachers and trainers.
In my first year, I have researched the impacts of an online Community of Practice on the training room practices of Iranian teacher trainers. The study was done within the context of a British Council-funded project.
