Project Manager: “Transforming Digital Methods Winter School"



• Project Manager for a major interdisciplinary conference at Exeter concerning the research practices and methodological frameworks that underpin contemporary investigations into digital activities, objects and environments.

• Identified, invited, and liaised with key academic figures from across multiple disciplinary fields to speak at the event. Delineated the event structure and timetable. Designed the event website, and produced all key event literature, i.e. brochures, publicity materials.

• Worked with colleagues from across different administrative departments at Exeter in order to arrange the event venue and facilities, as well as the speakers’ accommodation and transport.

Digital Manager: “The Long Goodbye: A Conversation across a Century”



• Digital Manager for an event organised at the University of Exeter commemorating the Centenary of the start of the First World War, inviting members of the public to attend creative writing workshops and write personal letters back to the participants, both combatants and non-combatants.

• Provided consultancy and advice for the implementation of the event website, cataloguing and digitising the letters submitted by the public, as well as producing a digital art commission for the event opening.
